Network Security Diploma

The Network Security Diploma program is jointly offered through the University of Winnipeg (UWinnipeg) Division of Continuing Education (DCE) and Winnipeg Technical College (WTC). This diploma program provides a balanced training approach between hands-on practical experience and the theoretical/conceptual nature of IT security. Graduates will have an in-depth knowledge of various protocols, network standards, designs and security solutions.

The program is unique as it combines the strengths of a technical college and university. WTC is a Regional Cisco Academy and provides excellent job skills training. The University of Winnipeg is a well known, accredited university providing relevant courses such as cryptography and project management.
The program is open to both post-secondary students and those already working in the IT field.
