Culinary Arts & Design

The Culinary Arts & Design program provides students with the practical skills and knowledge required to enter the food service industry. The program is Level 1 apprenticeship accredited and allows experienced food production personnel to enhance existing skills.

The Culinary Arts & Design program offers hands-on experience in all facets of food preparation and production including basic food service, baking, meat and poultry preparation, banquet and buffet service, inventory control, and menu planning. The program requires stamina and an ability to work under pressure.
