It would be an understatement to say Winnipeg Technical College (WTC) Technical Drafting student, Louisa Fontaine, is a hard worker who knows what she wants and where she’s going with her education and career. The WTC Booth featured many activities including: shingling, making a key chain, getting a colour hair extension, and much more.
