Saltwater fish are much harder to keep than any freshwater fish, although saltwater fish are a lot hardier. This is because it is difficult to create an aquarium setting that resembles the conditions of the reef. Once the conditions are right, unlike freshwater aquariums, it is good for all of the fish because there is not a significant difference between one coral reef and another.
The saltwater fish families include damsels, anemone fishes, wrasses, butterflies, angels, surgeons, triggers, box fishes and many others. |
